Why Now?

The Hidden Cost of
Holding it Together.

You're probably the last person anyone would suggest needs a reset. You're the steady one. The woman people trust with their hardest decisions, their biggest problems, and the highest stakes. You make complexity look effortless. The question isn't whether you can keep carrying the load. The question is what is it costing you to continue?

It's not just burnout. It's not just exhaustion. It is making decisions from a sense of urgency instead of pure intention, continuing patterns that no longer serve you, and reaching your next milestone. Even the strongest leaders need a trusted space to think.

When was the last time you stopped and thought about YOU?

Perhaps it’s time if:

You're facing decisions that will shape the next chapter of your leadership, career, or life.

You've achieved a level of success but are questioning what you truly want next.

You need space to think strategically, not just manage the next urgent thing.

You're tired of being in constant response mode and ready to lead with more intention.

You want an experienced advisor who will challenge your thinking, expand your perspective, and help you see what you may not see on your own.

You know the answers are within you, but you need the right environment and conversation to uncover them.

You're ready to make meaningful changes, not just collect more ideas.

The Highest ROI is Recovered Capacity

Somewhere beneath the deadlines, decisions, and endless responsibility, you may have lost sight of the person you set out to be. The leaders who benefit most from the Santa Fe Leadership Reset are often the ones least likely to make time for it. They are the ones everyone counts on. They solve the problems, hold the relationships together, remember what everyone else forgets. They keep moving, even when there is nothing left to give. Somewhere along the way, their own priorities become negotiable.

Who have you become beneath everything you've been carrying?

I created the Santa Fe Leadership Reset as an opportunity to step out of the roles you've been carrying and reconnect with the leader, partner, friend, and woman you want to become next. It offers something many leaders have not experienced in a long time: Space. Space to hear your own thoughts. Space to remember what matters. Space to release what was never yours to carry.

When you return, the change is bigger than feeling rested. You lead with greater clarity. You make better decisions. You stop spending your best energy on work that belongs to someone else. And you have the capacity to invest in the parts of your life that have been waiting for you, whether it's your health, your marriage, a new direction, or simply to becoming the leader you know you can be.

The Data Behind The
Invisible Load.

Most people think leadership means being the one with the answers, staying busy, and taking on more responsibility. But the opposite is often true. Strong leaders create space. They resist over-responsibility and understand that constant urgency aren't signs of effective leadership.

They know when to set boundaries and when to say no. The data tells a clear story about what happens when we equate leadership with carrying more.

  • The Women in the Workplace 2024 report found that 4 in 10 working women (with partners) are responsible for most or all household work, even while managing demanding careers.
  • Deloitte's Women at Work 2024 report found that around 60% of women do not feel able to switch off from work.
  • Gallup's findings show that 51% of U.S. working women reported they felt stressed a lot [from the prior day] compared to 39% of men, alongside higher rates of negative mental health impacts and burnout reported in the Gallup Workplace study.

The result is not just a full calendar. It is a mind that never gets to rest.

Santa Fe has long been a place of reflection, beauty, and renewal, where people come to reconnect with what is essential. In this setting, leaders are invited to step away from the constant pull of responsibility and reconnect with their own wisdom, purpose, and the deeper reasons they lead.

Why a Strategic Advisor?

A strategic advisor helps you make the decisions that shape what will come next. At this level of leadership, you can’t be both the person stabilizing the system and the person thinking strategically about the future. That is where the Reset begins.

The Santa Fe Leadership Reset gives you a 1:1 experience with protected thinking time, a trusted outside mind without an agenda, and the creative space to set a new path forward.

We’ll uncover the answers to questions like:

What feels harder than it should?
What requires deeper exploration?
What would happen if everything changed over the next year?

This is not a place where you have to be the leader who has it all figured out. This is a private space where you can think honestly, explore what’s next, and make decisions without expectation or consequence.

Our time together may include:

  • Deep-dive conversations around the decisions in front of you.
  • Reflection on your leadership patterns and strengths.
  • Strategic thinking time away from daily demands. Exploration of what needs to change, stay, or be released.
  • Immersive experiences with music, food, and connection to the culture.
  • A clear path forward for the next 90 days and beyond.

After our 1:1 time together, you’ll leave with decisions made, priorities clarified, and a trusted path forward. This is a confidential space to explore the questions you can’t ask or answer anywhere else.

About Your Strategic Advisor

I’m an executive coach and strategic advisor with more than 38 years of experience working with senior leaders at the Executive and Middle Management levels across government, defense, engineering, technology, healthcare, higher education, and Fortune 500 organizations. Leaders come to me when they are at an inflection point. The old way of operating has gotten them here, but they know it will not take them where they want to go next.

My work is grounded in a strengths-based philosophy and informed by my PhD in Organizational Learning from the University of New Mexico, where I developed a six-step framework for sustainable transformational change..

I hold certifications in project management, coaching, and leadership, and am certified in a range of behavioral assessment and leadership development tools.

My professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Return on Investment Professional (RCP), Certified NeuroTransformational Coach (CNTC), and Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

I am also certified in Hogan Assessments, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Social Styles, CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder), Situational Leadership II, and Positive Intelligence, enabling me to tailor development approaches to the unique strengths, styles, and needs of individuals and teams.

I created the Santa Fe Leadership Reset because I have spent decades watching exceptional leaders carry enormous responsibility while rarely having a place to think openly about their next chapter.
