You have already taken the first step by deciding to create space for yourself.
This intake is intentionally different from the application you completed. The application helped us determine whether the Santa Fe Leadership Reset was the right experience for you. This intake is designed to help me understandĀ you: your world, your leadership, what you are carrying, what you want to change, and what you want to make possible next.
There is no need to make your answers polished or perfect.
Take your time. Write what is true.
